V0: adds 100rnds drum mag for STANAG rifles and replaces default casket mags in the M4 butcher and AR15 HERA
V1: Known bug: the M4 butcher and AR15 HERA do not start with 100 rnds in their mags, but instead 60. I think my dltx files have an error in them...
V3: adds the MAGPUL PMAG D-60 drum magazine and the KCI 100-Round Gen 2 Drum Magazine. Changed weight and descriptions to fit real world items. Also adds world items (the 60 drum could use a better one, if anyone has one, please send it over)

V5: fixed icons, now they are their own dds and won't conflict with any other mag addons
is easy as just changing one line in the magazine weapon files and add your mag instead for the default mag for both weapons, you shouln't have any problem doing this, just go to configs/weapons/magazines and search for the m4 butcher and the ar15_freedom and change the default mags also you need to add the exact same name you give to your mag or is not going to work
Yes ofc. But the issue is that the mag in the gun starts with 60 rounds instead of 100...
anomaly modding is try and error most of the times, it took me 3 hours to set the mag correctly for the RPK

The name of the mag is MAGPUL PMAG D-60. Guess what the number 60 in the title means.
EDIT: you are absolutely right and I've changed all of this to fit the real world drums.

Weird, i dont see the AR15 HERA in debug
It's called the AR15_freedom I think. You obviously need BaS...
I don't see it either, yet there are files in BaS folder of it
It came with the dec 28th update...
in debug, you can go to item spawner and then type
wpn_ar15_freedom
this will spawn it

actually you should be able to install it with mag redux only. any STANAG compatible rifle will be able to use them.

But i dont have BaS
well you don't really need BaS, any gun that uses STANAG magazines (as per basic settings in mag redux) will be able to use these drums. You need Mag Redux of course.

you can create your own mags, is easy, personally i won't create any "fake mags" as it kills the immersion in the game.

I saw an image around internet of a 12.7mm barret with an 30 round mag (it was thick and big as hell) in it so yeah there's infinity possibilities to make an crazy mag, but personally i rather add the ones that are really manufactured in mass from real companies rather than some custom mag made at home just for more realism-wise perspective.
Also be aware that if you install world models and delete them mid-game, the saved game is gonna crash when you try to load it again, so yeah is a bit risky

Nope the whole mag code is needed so this addon works, mags redux is needed obviously

I assume you mean if it works with older versions of BaS? yes absolutely, it does not touch any BaS files.
Any chance on making one for the ak74m 45 round mag for all the guns that use it? Would be much appreciated, I would try but I have no idea where to get the textures

Exactly, I have that same problem, your addon (I use it 10/10) is missing the 30 magazine icon for Scar H (7.62x51 is a magazine that comes in two tones) I tried to merge them with WinMerge but it has not let me because it gives error, it must be simple, but I do not know anything about this, although if I have merged many addons in conflict, it has taken me more than 3 weeks to make my 165 addons work well and the game is stable.
