Welcome to Red Alert 20XX. The aim of this mod is to pay tribute to old Command & Conquer games, while giving YR a fresh feel in a brand new cold war context.
News from the 1.0.5 update! After a quick 1.0.4 break, I was too eager to jump back into modding.
Therefore, let me present to you the new Sturmpanzer Ace model and its animation. Dubbed the "Mammoth killer", to refer to the Soviet Mammoth Tank, the Sturmpanzer is a heavy class tank-destroyer tank. Once upgraded with the European Union Advanced Armory, the Allied general will be able to deploy its Ace variant, sporting two heavy railguns that increase it's raw damage output. The Sturmpanzer, in both its variant mode, strikes fear in Soviet commanders who rely exclusively on tank battalion.
Not much else to say than this beast was made by Crazy Bird.

I love that this mod features an allied faction that takes armored warfare seriously. The Euro's are so cool in this. Reminds me of playing as west-germany in Wargame Red Dragon.
The EU is inspired from Rise of the Red's EU, with a bit of CNC3 GDI! So their doctrine revolve around armor and defense a bit more than vanilla Allied.
Now that's a real tank destroyer.
