Project Highrise is the spiritual successor of SimTower (Yoot Tower). Great game backed by Steam Workshop with a nice community. The game is a skyscraper building and management simulator. This mod adds 2 additional speed modes. The original game can run at normal or fast speed which are respectively 1x and 10x the base speed. Since fast speed is sometimes too slow, the 2 new speed modes provide a 100x mode and a 1000x mode.
