Monday - Playthrough - Perfected Doom 3
For many, DOOM 3 was an imperfect game - something that went in a very different direction to its predecessors. Having fallen by the wayside a little since the release of the DOOM reboot games, Perfected DOOM 3 proves that may have been a hasty move, revitalising the horror-action shooter and giving DOOM fans plenty to sink their teeth into.
Set in deep space, this open-world sci-fi adventure scatters you into the dark and gives you many different environments to search out. Some will be full of danger; others will be treasure troves; and some will hold answers to many mysteries. Whatever you find, and however you do it - on foot or via starship - there's always more to discover in Warped Space.
Many Half-Life 2 mods are Gordon side adventures, with some putting new characters running concurrent - but not Snowdrop Escape, which puts you into a post-Combine world before Gordon. Working out how to make sense of a world thrust into chaos before the sides are so clearly established, the snow will be tough and the fighting tougher.
