Welcome to the Night Lords Modification for Soulstorm!*
This mod appeared one day on the Team Thudmeiser developer forums, I believe mostly the work of Torzel with models from WarSmith and so knowing nothing about the Night Lords, I had to have a look. Night Lords are fascinating, but also an example of where Games Workshop makes cool lore that leads to lackluster TT adaption, their one great power being that if you for some reason set a match at night then your men can see better - woo!
This mod add a new race to skirmish and multiplayer and emphasizes stealth and ambush through use of cover modifiers, the likes of which DoW3 will likely never see, alas!

This is our progress so far.
Overall Build - 100%
AI - 100%
CODE - 100%
UCS/Info Text - 75% (still not cleaned up or organized yet)
ICONS - 75% (placeholders for now but generally well situated)
UI Bar - 90% (may need a tweak but is pretty good for now)
3D - 75% (Project uses mostly custom NL assets while others are more.. Undivided)
Sound - 100% (Although admittedly uses mostly vanilla CSM sources)
Speech - 0% (All Night Lord voices are scripted AND voiced but not put into the project.. YET!)
Music - 100% (Full Main Menu and In-Game is done and quite spectacular!)
You'll find the general gameplay feel suits a mash of both vanilla SM and CSM with a hint of its own style.

and you don't get access to the beta i'm afraid.

no.
you must do manual edit as per instructions which includes renumeration. very easy to do tho.

the mod is very good, but only as a race skin mod. i guess it's too much to ask, or it mat be out on the 1.0, but this faction really needs a mechanic, even if it's somewhat of a copy of the dark eldars, new voices for the units, a theme song, and 2 or 3 new units, like a new starter unit and a new relic one.
I had trouble getting mods like blood angels and dark angels to work on soulstorm. Ive had apocalypse mod but every time i drag like the blood angels files or dark angels to the ss directory it doesn't work.
Do you have BOTH versions of Objective Points?
There is one with the _UA suffix, and one with the _SS one (this is what you need)
