One of the best underground Civ 4 mods ever, period. Most of the images are gone, the creator/creators haven't checked in many moons, and the links to download this mod are drying up. What I think are the best things about the mod.
The biggest additions this mod brings are the revolutionized civics, the diversified modern and future eras, the ability for barbarians to become nations, and the ability for nations to split into two or more nations due to revolts or civil wars.
During my last name, half of the ten or more nations on the map were from rebels or barbarians.

Anyone have the source files for this mod?
What does that mean? I might.
I am trying to edit some things for myself, but I don't have the necessary files to recompile the changes. I tried to make one-unit-type per tile. Here is a discussion I had that should help show what files I would need.

patch. I wonder if this patch is needed on the mod version you have
found? Or can we assume the mod you have linked is the
diffinitive version?
You just need the 3.17 and 3.19 patch as far as I know.
I'm glad people are glad I put this up, but I wish they would review it.
Can everyone see the article where the old links and credits are shown? I really hope that lots of people see this mod and give a thousand thanks to the creators.
If I was a better artist, I would make epic drawings, these people really did make THE BEST MOD EVER.
