Welcome to "Felix's Nightmare 2 - The Awakening ". I'm going to tell you what the mod will be alike. The mod is a sequel on the previous mod. As the previous mod had a playtime of 2-5 hours, I will try to improve that with some hours. The mod itself wil have like twice as many levels as the previous mod. Also I'm going to include that you will be able to choose by yourself how the events will follow. Also these events you choose will have effect on other levels, and then I don't mean through level puzzeling. Although that will be in it aswell. For example you kill an enemie or lock him up or whatever. You won't encouter him in maybe another level and will have an whole different event. So this means you won't be really able to be said what to do. Because the event you will encouter will probably be different as the one of who has already played it. Also there will be a boss battle to make it more awesome. I hope this project won't take me another 9 months, if the developing of the mod will take to long I'll short it in. There will be alot of new stuff you will encounter, some more suprisely then others. Anyway I hope the summary gave you a bit of an idea what sort c's it will be.

Test Demo

News

I'll lauch a test demo of the cs. It will be the first level playable. The demo will run through the Original amnesia custom story laucher. please leave a comment on this news feed after you played the test demo, mostly I like to read the downsides of it so I can improve that. And or write it over. The test demo itself will be lauched within a week.

I hope you will like the demo, the new playstyle thing will be over the whole cs at the very and. Also the things you choose to do will change things in further levels but that you won't encounter yet in the demo cause of the fact it's just one and so the first level as I already montioned before.

1/10. Sorry no content being offered here. So the game forces you to walk and you have no ability to jump, which means it is indeed possible to get stuck (behind the coffins for example) but yeah, you get a glimpse of a monster, and that's it, I had the key to the dungeon, but the key didn't work on the door, couldn't get the lock off of the gate either, unless I was missing something, (most likely) but yeah, I'm interested to see the finished product, good luck!

Alright so I played the demo and...

Positives:

- Fun idea for a monster! He can also open doors which is cool
- Great athmopshere
- Nice ideas

Negatives:

- A monster is nearby and we still can't run or jump?
- If you walk up to the table at the beginning with a knife on it and a corpse on the stairs, you can glitch a bit since you can't jump and you interact with the corpse too much

- Stehpano... like... really? A serious story (from what it looks like) and suddenly it's a statue falling down from the ceiling, with no real purpose whatsoever, and the character is like "noo! They killed Stephano" even though it's just a statue and not a living creature

Neutrals: (Can be both positive and negative or own opinions)

- You can lock and unlock doors with the key which is cool, but the only purpose it served when I played was the fact that I could lock the monster in and he couln't get out, otherwise no points with it. Not to mention the keys are taking unnecessary space

Conclusion:

A great story so far! Except Stephano. I'm not against Pewdiepie, I actually enjoy some of his content, but it feels like it kills your whole purpose with the story since alot of amnesia players consider Pewdiepie's content pretty unserious, and too me, this story is really good so don't ruin it with his humour

Okay thanks alot, the point of the stephano statue was because you carried it with you all the srory in feli'x nightmare 1. But I think you kinda right for who didn't play the first one. The keys, yea I was thinking of something that you can or delete the keys, and or when you don't need them anymore and you leave the level. That they will dissapear.

Could be possible haven't heard or read about it yet, but I was beware of the fact it could be possible. As "A Machine For Pigs" runs on the same engine. It uses the same file formats. You can use the "A Machine For Pigs" files to work with in the engine, and so you can run it through an "Amnesia The Dark Descent" .batch file. But offical it wouldn't be a "A Machine For Pigs" cs then.

Okay I see, but still though. The models will probably work in the 2.0 engine. Atleast if they made these also with Maya. If they useing Max3D this time it won't be able to. Or with alot of converting yourself it would be possible. Anyway I will see how it's going to turn out. Thats why I really start on this when amnesia 2 comes out so I can avoid problems.
