However, version 1.0 is an internal version so it needs to change language to Singapore or China to play. The language of mods for windows 7 will be China (Simplipied, PRC) or Singapore (Simplipied, PRC) and windows 10 will be Chinese (Simplipied, Singapore) and China (Simplipied, China)
