Last Alliance: TW is overhaul mod to Shogun 2. This mod base on stories from Tolkien's books, concretely on wars Dúnedain and Elves against Sauron at the end of the Second Age. This still WIP, but is avaiable alpha with playable Akallabêth campaign ^^

Small update about progress with campaign map (Eriador part):
Things done:
- Added all new regions (27) (except Ered Luin - will be in patch with dwarves)
- Added farms and ports
- Added rivers
- Added roads and trade routes (on land and sea)
- Added heighmap and detail map (detail map it tekstures for ground)
- Added Kingdom of Lindon on campaign map
- Added 7 minor wildmen faction in Eriador
- Updated minimap
Things to do:
- Add trees models and maybe additional flora elements
- Add groundtypes (information where are plains, where forest, where mountains etc.)
- Add buildings for Kingdom of Lindon
- Add models for Kingdom of Lindon settlement
- Configure uniforms and animations for Lindon armies etc
- Add starting armies for Kingdom of Lindon (and maybe for minor faction)
- Add starting buildings and starting culture in regions
- Add resources
- Finish basic Lindon roster
- Maybe some fixes for heighmap + add farms on details map
- Things about I forgot now >.<
- Bonus things which are not nessesary to make this part of campaign playable

Custom settlements for Dwarves?
Dwarves will be later, not in closest patch
But will they have custom settlements both in strat and battle maps, or at least one of them? Just asking for curiosity, not a demand or anything. I mean, dunno if it's possible at all in the first place.
In campaign map - yes for dwarves settlement will be custom models. For battles, I don't know yet. At this moment most problematic things is adding any custom walls to game (but if I will add one, from rest should be easier). And I don't work on this now, because it will be very time-consuming :/

I've always been curious: are there any problems with making different strat models for cities in Shogun 2? Cos I see that Lindon is using numenorian architecture. Or it's just temporary?

And isn't it "Forlond"?
Temporary, I don't have models for elven settlement yet ^^' And adding different strat models is pretty simple in Shogun 2 ;)
