Kane's Wrath Unofficial Big Bang Patch 1.04 is a mod that adds few new things and tries to balances the game a bit more from my and the community ideas while at the same time also tries to save the most import ingredient at bay: The "fun".
Test run I did for the Sandstrom,
I used the TT attack animation for its main attack, but if you don't like it I can remove it xP
It also have missile barrage ability which I added some spice to with cool animation and effect (So the enemy will also know when to run xD)
Let me know what do you thinks

Perhaps if you had the MLRS back away, reduce its hover distance (i.e: ground clearance), to eliminate as much sway as possible (this would be for cosmetic purposes, mostly), and shift its launch system to almost 90 degrees, firing up at the sky (the whole animation taking ~15 seconds to complete).
Then perhaps use the orbital artillery barrage, with effects changed to represent missiles on the way down, and with a slight concussive effect added to the projectiles (in addition to their damage), simulating fear and disorientation it would cause for vehicles caught within, reducing their movement speed, fire rate, and perchance (if it is possible to code) adding a slightly greater chance to miss to their weapons.
Recharge time could be 90 seconds, to begin with, and be optimized later (along with damage, concussive effects, etc), based on the feedback of players much more skilled than I.
P.S: Adding a greater radius to the ability, and perhaps making the MLRS discharge its missiles sequentially row by row (for the perceived added "oomph"), would justify the cooldown time of the ability, in my opinion.
Consider it.
Regards, Destromath.
The unit itself was pleasant to begin with, and the barrage ability makes it even better. The suggestions by Destromath are very considerable as well.
What is horse doing there? A new unit? ;D
It's there cause Scrin need some mammals spies ;)
That makes of course sense. :D
I like the Missile Barrage ability but the TT main attack animation is odd to me.
I have mixed feelings about it as well.
