Kane's Wrath Unofficial Patch 1.04 is a big ban patch that will try to balance the game a bit more from my and the community ideas and at the same time will try to save the most import ingredient: The "fun".
In the last few days I sort of became an unofficial missile/rocket scientist :)
Testing few missiles and rockets in the gamme I've decided to changed the Nod's and GDI's squads effects, and made new model for Nod's rockets cause while I'm aware that nearly none of the units in the game are using their actualy missile model to attack, the Nod's rockets look wayyyy too different from what they have in their launchers to the point it annoy my eyes (And I hate mirrors), and they now also shoot Two of them at once similar to how their funny-yet-cool rocket launcher suggesting they supposed to be shot in the first place (the damage stayed the same though, it just visual... and as I posting these pics I see that I need to edit the rocket model a bit yet again to look like the one they have in their launchers...),
At least their projectiles now looks like something that actual terrorist uses (And apparently EA don't seem to know the differences between a rocket and missile [s]and so am I, but I want to believe that I at least know the basic ones, and therefore I will try to add to the missile squad a lock ability similiar to how RA3 did it[/s])
I also came across some bugs no one noticed such as attack bike and pitbull not really use both of their launchers for attacks, or how the GDI space uplink missile not show any smoke effect like in TW, and fixed them.
So much work that EA and breakaway games left for us >.>
