Here is some The Meltdown Walkthrough, when I interact the heavy machine gun and flips back. It's like Tom shooting himself from Tom and Jerry show.

P.S: I tried to play The Meltdown on Xash and it doesn't work. I played on Steam but HUD screen and switch weapon are softlock which is fine.

I checked original upload files and updated files.
But, they are same map files. still have a same issue about trigger.
End of map, i took a look multimanager trigger.
Fade is working well but, trigger_endsection nothing work.

Also.. i found different map from save files which name is "blue_shift"
Funny thing that map doesnt exist.. how that save file inside the folder..?

So. I played with day one patch. gameplay wise, it isn't bad. I did not find a crowbar, but this is isn't a problem. Mapping wise, you have a road to improvements. And when you do, this (or next one) mod will be pretty solid to play.

This refers to the 'Day One Patch' version.

It's almost exactly the same map, issues and all. The only difference I can see is the removal of an early gun turret (before the lift) and all the un-necessary files from the archive, which has reduced it in size by 70 MBs. Huzzah.

EDIT: This comment refers to the original release of the map from May 29th. I've yet to try the 'detailed cut'.

There was no need to include the sheer number of files you did in this archive. As 3037 said, you've duplicated loads of files, but even then there are tons of models here that aren't ever used (Alyx, Black Ops, Scientists, Zombie variants, etc). You could delete almost everything in the model folder except for the cleansuit zombie and this would still run fine.

That aside, this a simple map that has quite a few issues (the lift isn't set back far enough so the wall comes through the doors, the second mounted gun doesn't aim where I point it, the Gargantua sequence is super awkward, etc).

This one needs quite a bit of work, sadly, though as with your other work there IS potential for something decent here.
