This was a group project for a Level Design course at the DigiPen Institute of Technology. Each member of the team was responsible for creating several levels throughout the course, and in the final weeks to integrate one from each of us. We ended up with these 5 levels, and at the last week modded the gravity gun to fullfill the content importing requirement.

The idea we had was a (subtle) sequel to the Opposing Force expansion for the original Half-Life. In one level we say Colonel Shepard, so pretend it actually says Corporel. :)

This mod is for a Barnacle gun and slightly enhanced air movement. There are specific types of grappling points that the weapon works on. Hold primary fire to grapple and let go to release, or press secondary fire to turn the grapple beam on and off. There's an art to launching yourself across a room, but I want to see how well people pick it up without me saying too much.

In all this game should take just under an hour to complete, and everyone on the team believes it's a lot of fun. We didn't have a real solid direction when it came time to integrate everyone's level, but things still came together real well. We even made a quick bonus level to play with the grapple gun.
