To make the AI recruit the new units and build the new structures
Download the Unification_Expanded_Necron_7.0.zip file and extract all its contents to your "Dawn of War - Soulstorm folder" either where you installed...
For the updated AI to work, extract the archive to: \Unification_Bugfix\Data\ai\races\ and overwrite contents.

yes, I have not tested the AI yet but the mod itself does work

I'm afraid you did something wrong, if you are sure about the RequiredMod indexes order then look at warnings.log in the game folder
Trazyn the Infinite is missing his Surrogate Host ability and i also noticed he doesn't get the Pokeballs/Master Pokeballs ability from the new "Trazyn Pokeballs" and "Trazyn Masterballs" game rules. Everything else seems to work as intended.
The first one is intended, because now you can recruit all those summon units from the tomb portal.
For the second one, I'll look into it.
Thane hero have bugs. You summon ktan, then after it ends, thane becomes necron lord. Most heroes share cooldown of same abilities. And you can have two same overlords from great pyramid and new structure

Like your submod! I try to find early how to summon all ktans and necron lord with overlord, but this submod give even more units. Even to much i think, but this is ok)

I know, they are a lot, but I like diversity and giving the player the options on what to do.

edit: what overlord are you referring to?
The Lord of the Dynasty you recruit from the pyramid can't be also recruited from the tomb at the same time.
The advantage is that it costs nothing from the pyramid, so choosing a Dynasty makes sense for the one you want to rely on more.
As for the thane, I'll remove the possession ability since it would be too op for it to have it, also I think that the shared cooldown is ok to not let the player abuse of the abilities (I always have to keep in mind game balance!)
Yeah. About dynasty lord i mean you can recruit from both structures. I didnt noticed he has no cost from pyramid. Maybe you can let him transform to Deceiver only and necron lord to Nightbringer?

I prefer not to alter the necron lord and keep the thane and others minor heroes as support
