Those sun shafts are indeed looking excellent. Have you tried seeing what the sun shafts look like coming through tree canopys?

Thanks. The sunshafts look almost the same when coming thru tree canopies, nothing special to mention here. However I decided to limit the shafts generation to some rather low sun height level because otherwise they start to become annoying since they are visible all the time.

I can understand why you would do that - probably the best workaround for software shafts as they ignore whats in the level itself.

Some screens from the current development state of Dynamic Shaders 2.0. The sun shafts look quite nice now, even when shining through windows.
