This updates reworks the German unification a bit. Now creating Germany as a south german means you must create the German Confederation, which has different cores and a different formation process. Basically, you must kick the prussians out of their western lands via conquest, at which point you form the German Confederation, getting cores on the historical confederation lands (which does not include Prussia). The AI should now actually sometimes suceed in creating the GCF as a south german, although it shouldn't happen that often. The Sucession submod has also been incorporated, which adds royal house flavour to the English, the renaming provinces to German in the east has been reworked to be more flavourful, borders in Poland have been slightly reworked to account for a partition plan, some changes have been made to the crimean war so that russia wins less often, persia can now get tajik as accepted, reworked two events for the US, and some other changes

forming the SGF and eventually the GCF is now very different. South German and Austrian games should be more fun now. Basically you get cores on the rhineland and westfalia, and must take it to form the GCF, upon which you get cores on all the historical german confederation land, which is a bit different from german land
ai spain can no longer take the capital of portugal if they don't own porto
small changes so that the ai encourages more craftsmen sometimes

reworked the renaming decisions for germany so that they give a lot more names
some province shape rework in eastern europe to better represent polish partitions
you can only demand to excavate in a country every 5 years rather than every 2 years now. should reduce the event spam for countries that own excavation sites and make being refused have a bigger impact
german minor ai should now demand states from eachother during unification wars. this is an experimental change so that austria btofing prussia has a bigger impact, because sometimes austria does not like adding wargoals since it's simply not interested in expanding north. maybe bavaria will take the rhineland
school reforms now lower consciousness a bit, to represent the government indoctrinating the populace, and so that it's desirable to take it even if you're high literacy. safety reforms have a bit buffed militancy and consciousness reducing effects to make up for it being a quite bad reform. some other reforms have had their consciousness reduction nerfed so that in the end the total consciousness you can reduce stays the same
