Fantastic, however there is one issue:
"Yan Wang range decreased by 10%. Ability to attack aircraft removed."
Don't you think that makes Nuke general very vulnerable to air attacks ? Considering that their most effective anti-air land unit is Gatling tank which is not even as effective as Vortex tank or Gauss tank.
I recommend adding an upgrade to Yan Wang, the ability to fire at aircraft. The player can either choose that or the MIRV upgrade.

AI seems weak now even in insane, stealth general is not using the camo netting.

I have no problems playing with China or Usa generals, but I am struggling using the new GLA (specially on challenge mode).
GLA generals:
Stealth gets destroyed really early.
Struggling to keep pressure using Bomb general only to get overrun.
Dr Trax I don't feel it deals enough damage (the pumps are weak and the factory of clouds don't deal good damage).
Salvage general, it's just there...

stealth is one of my favorite factions
many times when I play a hard matches against multiple AI I was about to be defeated but I am managing to rebuild myself in another place . hiding your buildings and camoflaged tunnel networks and sneak attacks are a very useful tactics especially in large maps
for my strategy... probably make a row of deff building then make some very long range unit to provide destroying long range unit...

One thing you should always bear in mind: never go on a full-on frontal battle against American or Chinese factions unless you play as Assault, the GLA is not designed for this. Instead, use guerrilla warfare and hit-n-run tactics, use GLA mobility at your advantage. You need to be aggressive and proactive right at the start, especially with a GLA faction. If need be, relocate your base somewhere else.
Also, forget about turtling. This actually works for very few factions or players, especially if fighting against the AI. Contra's AI is more sophisticated than Zero Hour so expect it to be very proactive. Building a wall of defenses costs time and money. You have more to earn by attacking your opponent fast and precisely. Like they say: best defense is a good offense.

This can happen with all generals depending on map. If enemy players are too close to each other, one will stop producing because of nearby threat. It is hardcoded AI behavior that cannot be changed by mods. You should attach a screenshot of that base and give more info for me to analyze. Otherwise, I can just give you general info which might not be related.
but it won't happen if the all al is superweapon general or my ally (if 1 of the enemy is superweapon general... it happen)

ThePredatorBG, can you fix the challenge vs Superweapon general because the dozer almost destroyed or destroyed in video view mode before starting to build. Pls fix it. The proof is in the youtube from a guy named Julio Roca youtuber.

I have just installed the Contra Modification (yesterday), I was able to play it for a while, it was a lot of fun and not that easy anymore. Now today, when I started the game, everything was colored pink, like the game can't find the textures. I ended the launcher and then tried to start the normal CNC Zero Hour, but it says "Please Enter the first game CD". I bought the game with Origin, so there is nothing like a CD.
Your game's registry got corrupted somehow. Reinstall the game to fix it.
still getting mismatch error while playing online with friends using the inbuilt VPN , everything uptodate , using COntra009 final patch 1

Remove AI players if you have them.
Nice work guys. However, GLA generals are not performing very well in challenge mode. Limited super weapons & super units are not making you progress throughout the challenge. I am actually going back to contra 007 to enjoy building more super units to crush the enemy. I also noticed that playing game on Easy difficulty is nowhere near Easy.

I highly doubt that Patch 1 did that because it doesn't do anything to the core game. If you have this problem, it means Zero Hour cannot locate Generals in the registry. So, if you try to start vanilla ZH, it won't run. The only known solution to this is to reinstall the game. The cause is unknown, but it's rare.
