So basically this is a little tweak to patch 1 file and a reupload. I reuploaded this addon because of how shitty my previous addon was. People were asking for descriptions and shit and it's also my fault for not giving the description immediately so I reuploaded it and here we go! Check the description, please!
Here is the list of changes as visualized:
USA FACTION CHANGES:
-Missile Defender can now attack aircraft.
-Amphibious transport has extended capacity for transport.
-A new armor type for every infantry.
-Added more health to every infantry.
-Now Valanx has 3 seats! (Extended capacity)
-Female rangers on USA SuperWeapon General have improvised locomotor.
-Added trainable Seal, Mammoth, pathfinders to Airforce General.
-The Seal drop Seals are separate different entities and they start at a heroic rank and can't be squished by vehicles.
-Added Cia officers (They will accompany colonel burton!)
-Improved the Weapon of Saturn into a laser beam (In which case he can protect himself against bombs and missiles or every SuperWeapon general powers and making it expensive as hell!!!)
-Added stealth Comanche to superweapons General (They can grenade launcher garrison buildings and snipe infantry vehicles.)
-Pathfinders have the same weapon properties of the upgraded GLA Assassins.
-Added trainable Cylones to Cybernetic General. (They are now stealth as means of deadly.)
-Cyber Colonel Burton A.K.A Terminator. (Has a unique armor.)
-Added trainable Terminator. (This one is different from Cyber Colonel Burton and more expensive.)
-Added Trainable Agents to USA Boss.
-Added A new Super Weapon to USA Boss! and its a deploy barracks (Similar to China Infantry General's Deploy barracks but it's American you know...)
-Added every SuperUnits on every USA faction on USA Boss.
-Seraph Boss can now call Angels to his side!
-Widow Boss can now call Spiders to her side!
CHINA FACTION CHANGES:
-Added trainable Snipers, Suanni, Minigunners as means of defense
-New armor for every infantry
-Added more health to every infantry
-Black lotus can now attack using a knife
-The Biohazard Cleaner on Flame Generals Side has now Fireproof Armor!
-China sniper's weapons have been improved (Meaning they have 3 bullets now! well... except for the Nuclear Sniper)
-Improved the damage dealt to Radiation (Melt! Everything Must Melt!)
-Improved the damage dealt to Fire (You Are Fired!)
-Added Trainable Agents to CHINA Boss.
-Added every SuperUnits on every CHINA faction on CHINA Boss.
GLA FACTION CHANGES:
-Revived the GLA Assassin, Stingersoldier GLA Assassin biker and Sniper Site.
-Added Stinger soldier to Demolition General
-Improve the damage dealt to Toxins (Like a chemical spill!)
-Added every SuperUnits on every GLA faction on GLA Boss.
-Added Apocalypse Efreet to Demolition General (I Have 20 Megatons At My back!)
MISC CHANGES:
-Added More Supply boxes to Supply docks!
-Added Secrets to the game.
-Added Thunder God (This unit is overpowered as hell! and it cost a lot of money and time to build which is fairly reasonable.) Can only be trained on every USA barracks and the limit is one!
Basically I just Made the Game 6x Better!!! (Not really)

"Can't create a file if one already exists!"
Delete the redundant (.big) file, and re-upload to fix it.

Mod is beautiful but the subject of building strategic construction up to the third degree is not balanced and unfair in the challenge mode because your opponent is developed to the maximum degree in addition to that very little money in the challenge mode

this is most likely a mod with simple code changes but then you repack the whole files that doesnt even needed to repack.
