Synopsis:
After the Third World War culminated into a global nuclear exchange, Earth was reduced to a wasteland. The nations of the world banded together in an effort to rebuild, however, territorial conflicts are still near-constant. In order to maintain post-war order, the United Nations created the "United Enforcement Corps", a descendant of the UN Peacekeepers. As the UEC became more and more powerful, it began interferring with the internal politics of various regions, which sparked the discontent of several eastern countries, most notably China and Russia. These countries demanded secession from the UEC administration, and formed a military alliance known as the "Free Development League". The UEC, instead of agreeing to the FDL's demands, opted for a direct military intervention, starting another global conflict. Meanwhile, in the middle-east, an organization known as the "Oil & Gas Energy Consortium" is slowly gathering its strength. Using its massive financial resources, the Consortium recruited a powerful mercenary army, and began annexing large swaths of middle-east. Having controlled the last few remaining oil and gas resources after the war, the OEC demands the UEC and the newly formed FDL to recognize it as the true world leader. At last, the war that will decide the fate of the post-war world has erupted...

Just like other C&C: Generals Zero Hour mods, you need to unzip the downloaded files to the C&C: Generals Zero Hour folder, and then start the C&C: Generals Zero Hour game.

It said it's being worked on a snail's pace, but is this really a snail's pace or is this the pace of a growing tree which is even slower (i guess)?

As opposed to the amazingly unique, original and totally not generic looking designs of real life military assets.
