v1.2 fixed iron sights position thanks to the TheBarge, I've changed its PB load order to slot 4, and made sure its weapon sprites show up when 'sliding' in Project Brutality & made keyconf not replace all the weapon slots (so it will show up with other custom weapons). v1.1a Included BDv20 and ProjectBrutality versions. Time to drink some vodka & shoot some demons. Damage is 11% higher then default rifle (based on v18 rifle), accuracy is lower, no problem for a close/medium range. I used sounds from "No more room in hell", this weapon requested by TheBarge. Name of weapon "AK47". DoomEd number 6687. Any questions, requests - send me a pm.

What the hell is with ironsights, why are you looking at them from up? Your head should rest on stock and align front ironsights with rear one

Done. Added a BDV19 version as well. Made sure it uses the same ammo as other rifle in the BDV20 version.
I dont realy know what is PB, some kind of brutal doom edition, but i'v noticed its popular, gj upgrading all my stuff for this. Why dont you make PB for that mod of mine Moddb.com Despite the fact that I spent on this addon more time and effort, it did not got enough downloads in comparison with other addons of mine.
You should give PB a shot, all I can say is your missing out on a great mod.

The AK needs more Power. Keep the damage similar to how it felt in Ultimate Brutal Arsenal and increase that fire rate and recoil.

Normal Rifle Zombies drop the weapon...and to summon type "summon ak47"
For your information Flammable, The iron sights do nothing to improve the accuracy of sustained fire. Might want to fix that. Also, why is it held to the right of the screen? If you guys want a better version of this awful gun, check TheBarge's Mediafire link. It's still an awful weapon, but at least it matches the other weapons with the over all aesthetic.

But this is good addon! I had completed Original Doom levels with AK47. It is excellent. But it is have some problems. Algorithm of spreading is some wrong. The first bullet should fly exactly in the center, but when i'm standing fixedly, bullet is flying crookedly. I am waiting fixes. (Google Translate helps me).
hi sorry for being amateur. but i downloaded many weapon addons but i cant run this addon when i start this addon with brutal doom v20 and gzdoom i get an error
what order do you load this in? and what GZDoom version do you have? for starters though you should load brutal doom v20 before the ak47 (also check out the hotfix i posted in the comments, it has fixed sprites)

For some reason when I use custom weapon mods with project brutality, the entire slot the weapon uses (eg slot 4) just stops working,meaning I can't equip anything in that slot, not even the default weapons. Does anyone know a fix to this?
are you loading them after project brutality or before?

might have something to do with the way the Keyconf works, im not sure why that happens myself
The slot works only when I spawn, but if I switch to a pistol and attempt to switch back, it just stops working. The ak works too, but the same thing happens.
It may also have something to do with the Player.WeaponSlot.

Just figured it out, it was the inventory slots in player and brandonplayer. It seems you have to manually adjust them using slade.
does this protain to all weapon mods? and do you have to change a script in PB or the weapon mod?
I've fixed it. Make sure to re-download it mate. You have to include in the weapon code this:
Weapon.SlotNumber 2
Weapon.SlotPriority 0 (the zero means it will show up last in the weapon selection slot.. or when scrolling through weapons with mouse wheel then it shows up first.) Obviously it won't show up before BDv18/19/20 weapons load order because that mod uses setslot though which is the only disadvantage. You can put 1 to make it show up first before any other custom weapon though and it works perfectly with Project Brutality. Putting it into a fraction ( 0.1, 0.2 etc means it will be loaded 2nd last etc depending on how many weapons there are, so if you have 4 weapons in that slot normally than 0.5 and 0.6 will be loaded 2nd place) etc.
To make it work, since I'm not using Setslot anymore because it just ends up overriding the weapons slots of other custom weapon mods.
In the KEYCONF you have to put this instead of setslot:
weaponsection "TheBargeAK47"
addslotdefault 2 AK47
In order to make it work with custom weapon mods that use setslot (otherwise the weapon won't show up). Or replace TheBargeAK47 with some unique name only your weapon mod would use.
Note: Obviously it would be better not to use KEYCONF at all (except to bind special controls to keys), but I added that part in there to make sure it will work when this weapon mod is used with other weapon mods that do use setslot. :)

Yeah. Its all good.
In my play session, I just noticed that using the offend (flip button), makes the flipping animation (the Fu** Yourself!), blink for about 2 to 3 seconds -- it only happens if you press the offend button while equipped with the AK47? Other than that, it still works fine.
hmm...maybe its a few missing names of sprites im not sure, i'll look into it, after so hopefully the problem wil occur never more
