I just noticed this, and maybe its a quirk of Flakes Doom 2.6b, but two Imps were infighting after one hit the other with a fireball in Map 01 of Doom II.
thats normal it happens when a monster hit or shoot it even happens in vannila doom
But imps are the same type of monsters so by shooting fireballs no infighting would occur
Imps doesn't infight like that in vanilla because they aren't hitscanners. Non-hitscanner enemies only infight with the same type when you find the barrel exploit. I watch decino by the way xD

Earlier as expected. Good job. Though, again no bloody footprints (just like they lack in v20 monsters only). Don't know why you decide to remove it, if the point was to use Brutal Doom gore together with vanilla or modded guns. Anyway thanks. Many people thought we will never see another monsters only version.

I don't think there will be a BD21 weapons only mod. That didn't happen with previous versions. (At least not by Sarge himself.)

Someone do plz guncaster patch, it dont work properly, brutal doom options shoud be in options section not in main menu list, its break special menu from guncaster, there is some bugs with hits, gore effects, and other stuff =((( Yes i know there is Guncaster Vindicated with trere own cool monsters, but brutal doom monsters is my favorite. When playing with Vanilla monsters on, zombiemen don't drop any ammo, which makes certain levels incredibly difficult to play. Is there any way I can change that?

I've found out a very naughty bug.
So, when i decided to play Russian Overkill with this beautigul gore mod and Slaughterfest 2012 map pack, i found out that when you pick up a dual-wield weapons (there's not many of them: only Matchstick, Screamin' Bernie, Silver Hornet (starting weapons of each character), Leviathan shotgun and MP-40), gun in the left hand starts to fire infinetely, even when i do not press the fire button. This is unstoppable process. If anyone knows how to fix this big or at least why is this happening, tell me please.

I wanted to play BD Monsters Only with Final Doomer+TNT but something is not right.
For instance, imps and shotgunners stay heavily injured even when I shoot them they don't die easily. And armor models have glitches.
The damage of weapons in Final Doomer is designed for vanilla doom monsters,so it might feel weak against BDv21 enemies.I would suggest play Final Doomer with Beautiful Doom with just enable monsters only.
SgtMarkIV himself (the creator of Brutal Doom) released modified versions of Brutal Doom that have Monsters-Only out there. These versions should be compatible with Weapon-mods.
edit: duh, this page right here is the version released by him... nevermind... hopefully updates fixed this issue you described... is it working now?
Hey, thanks for you work man. I just wanted to double check - this mod adds only Brutal Doom gore but keeps monster stats vanilla or are there any changes to monsters themselves as well?
if you only want gore, bolognese is the way to go. this gives you the (almost) full platter when it comes to brutal doom monsters. their stats are exactly like the brutal doom ones, and they have the same attacks, behavior, and more from their bd counterparts
Damn it, that's a shame. I've tried Bolognese but it's just nowhere near as satisfying as BD gore. BD monster stats with vanilla weapons would probably make the game too hard for me. I guess I'll just have to make do with BD on purist and bunch of other options disabled, I wish that mod was just fully customizeable.
Multidirectional I have news: I just released modified versions of both 20B and 21 with Weapons-Only.
The bad news is that I don't think executions or any of the dismemberments (LOL) will work. These things are integral part of the new custom monsters that were created for Brutal Doom. There's no way of having all the gore without having to create new entities for enemies replacements.
The blood is still there when you shoot at monsters, the blood works fine, but like you said the gore on screen is nowhere close to Brutal Doom itself. Unfortunately it seems like there's no way around that.
Without any weapon mod this is very hard!!! I like it...
it's crazy how brutal doom made all enemies challenging again, isn't it? it makes the game challenging like the 1st time we played in the past, it's great...
And I specially like how much more useful barrels are now

is there a version of this that works with Extermination Day????? because to play Eday without any missing textures and other bugs, it has to be played with Brutal doom. Im trying to play with Trailblazer my favorite mod but there are alot of missing textures within. I know SgTMark did this on purpose, but is there any fix for it out there on the webs??
This is perfect, however i would rather like to see weapon-only mod. So that i can load modded map packs that contain custom enemies, like Doom Tribute.

This isnt the full mod, and if you got the mod, you need to bind key for kick in the 'customize controls'. This was made by him to be used in weapon mods.
