Want bigger fleets? better income? look no further! after browsing I saw there were no basic mods of the game, so what did I do? I made on myself! All I did was up the fleet capacity and income!

Should be able to, as long as they don't touch fleet capacity, or ships(sorry for late response)
Just wondering, is this mod a standalone with vanilla Sins? Or can we put it with other mods e.g Star Wars: Interregnum?
