Allied Generals Shattered Alliance (AGSA) is a total conversion modification for Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extension tools.
From the data logs that we recovered from that Research Facility, there appears to be an alternate universe where the Allies were not united after the events of the Great War. This lead to the emergence of an United Kingdom with an intact colonial empire.
The Pintail is a weapon created in that alternate timeline. This advanced aircraft is equipped with a highly accurate missile that is designed to deliver an electronic device which jams the targeting capabilities of offensive weaponry that the target possesses. Furthermore, the jamming signal radiates to other surrounding vehicles as well, making the initial target a beacon of disruption.
The jamming signal is indiscriminate and so intense that it can override most countermeasures in our timeline. The scientists and engineers at this facility appear to have modified the flight system and engine of the jammer missile. We estimate that its maximum effective range has increased by +57%. An incredibly sturdy aircraft, the Pintail can also self-repair to full strength when not under enemy fire for a period of time.
