Description

One of the first out of place artifacts (OOPArt) recovered by ESDF forces was in Stuttgart, Germany when an entire, abandoned airfield was discovered. A battered yellow, red and blue emblem could be seen in the hangar which contained several unknown aircraft. This discovery would propel scientific and military progress in aircraft development. Advancements in anti-aircraft missile technology from this finding would prove especially effective at shooting down PRA aerial balloons where multiple attack-runs with conventional cannons had previously failed.

The Raptor is a C.A.S. branch T2 fighter jet which replaces the Typhoon. It is equipped with a missile of Turkish origin which is known as the Mini Akıllı Mühimmat (MAM). A smart micro munition which is especially effective against vehicles and lightly armored structures e.g. power plants and base defenses. The missile splits into multiple projectiles upon hitting a target, allowing it to hit several targets within its blast radius whilst reducing enemy durability.

The Raptor can also engage aerial targets from afar with Joint Advanced Tactical Missiles (JATM). These are especially effective against helicopters and VTOLs but enemy fighter jets and bombers are also viable targets.
