Allied Generals Shattered Alliance (AGSA) is a total conversion modification for Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge using Ares and Phobos engine extension tools.
From the data logs that we recovered from that Research Facility, there appears to be an alternate universe where the Soviet Union is an empire that has expanded well across the eastern continent.
The plans for this vehicle known as the Warlord are terrifying. Equipped with one of the largest high-speed impact cannons and a small yet deadly long range mortar shell, the Warlord Tank is equipped to go toe to toe with any foe and come out victorious. Warlord Tanks are also equipped with a small infantry outpost garrison, meaning any transportable infantry can fire out within the safety of the Warlord.
It appears that the scientists and engineers at this facility have enabled the Warlord to fire both weapons in order at a single target whilst implementing self-healing adaptive armor that is commonplace in our timeline vehicles.
More importantly, how was this out of place artifact not discovered sooner and what organization do these personnel belong to? Time will tell commander.
