Could be any universe with a Humvee but yeah SA has references to other C&C games.

Description

The Vamtac (Vehículo de Alta Movilidad Táctico, "High Mobility Tactical Vehicle") is a four-wheel drive military vehicle of Spanish design for the ESDF. Externally it is similar in appearance and design to the Humvee, an out-of-place artifact (OOPArt) where the United States is still a global superpower.

The requirements of the ESDF military were a multipurpose, air-portable, high mobility off-road vehicle which would replace the aging Ranger Jeep.

In its basic configuration, the Vamtac is equipped with anti-infantry / anti-aircraft lasers which can quickly melt organic targets and light aircraft armor. With some initial prep time, the Vamtac can deploy communication equipment and masts which boosts the coordination of nearby, friendly armor, resulting in a faster rate of fire for units within range.

The Vamtac is a T1 anti-infantry and anti-aircraft reconnaissance vehicle which can detect cloaked units. A flexible unit, the Vamtac can switch to a command and communication configuration which will boost the rate of fire of most friendly vehicles whilst it is stationary. Although fully mobile in this configuration it is unarmed and commanders should note the delay when switching modes.
