Aftermath mod for Half-Life 2

A Country that was once known as England.

Each year as I grow older there seems to be fewer and fewer of us in the camp.
Less children are born immune. Those who are, are slowly becoming less human every day. There is no more foraging for scraps. If we are to survive we must fight for what we need. Years of living in the wastelands has made us tough, but that alone wont protect us from the guns of the "survivors". I see how they shun us for our deformities. Hoarding water and supplies, living like kings in this private hell. refuge is a word my people do not know.

Aftermath is a post apocalyptic halflife 2 conversion in which a
disease released had wiped out a nation. the country has been
quarantined and the survivors struggle just to get by.
Set almost
300 years after the initial outbreak the land has changed. What used to
be vegetation and cities is now a primitive culture in which you must
fight for what you need. The immune are the groups of people who were
not harmed by the virus. years of living rough and drinking the tainted
viral water supply has deformed and twisted there shapes.
The survivors were the rich and powerful people of old who could afford or were deemed in need of the antidote.

These two seprate teams will battle for water supplies and rations.

The gameplay is set to start off with a defend the hill type of game mode

From here on we intend to introduce a "Pass the infection" game mode

Currently
we have mappers, sound engineers and some small modelling experience.
We are still in the phase of finishing concept designs and what to keep
what to cut. a

The idea behind this is a mad max type post apocalyptic half life 2 conversion modification

A highly in depth melee system using what you can lay your hands on

using thus eliminating the classic "bigger gun wins" scenario.
