This is a pretty common issue. Go to C:/Program Files/Steam and delete clientregistry.blob. Your steam will then redownload a fresh copy of it, and it'll work

The MMO will not be pay-to-play. It is likely that the purchase of the single-player version will have some bonuses included in the MMO.

Is there anything about this game? There's no news on the site and none here, so that makes me think that this is little more than a generic fantasy MMO concept rather than a full game.
