Excellent start for an Episodic series mod! The introduction of the history was a little rusty in the edges in terms of level design, but it got improved very well in the later chapters.
Storytelling was on point. Each time we progress, we are told our current objective and what is our next goal as the uprising continues. Nothing to complain here (I read some reviews that history was lacking, and I couldn't understand why and how, because like I said, the characters introduced to us already kept us on track what we need to do and where to go)
Sound design was phenomenal, with good OST remixs, amazing atmosphere with well-placed soundcapes.
Overall, a very nice mod to play in an evening. Had lots of fun and the moment I discovered there was another ending, just made me replay the mod right away! Highly recommend it!
One of the best HL2 community mods of all time.

Bloody amazing mod!
Wonderful mod! At first, I was wondering why Alyx would use an HEV suit and what kind of features this mod would bring differently. During my playthrough, it blew my expectations.
The unique usage of Alyx animations to crouch, jump and even SWIM to follow the player was an excellent touch! The level design is decent and with a good pace. Some good old HL2 content to enjoy. I loved everything from this mod. It's true that some puzzles could use some fine tuning and tweaks to guide the player better, but didn't bother me much. Good job!
Very well done mod overall! Nice animations, levels, decent combat pace and scripting. One thing that was bothering me a bit was the lighting in a few areas- felt a little dark. Still 10/10!
This was a very interesting mod. You can feel the atmosphere each area you go, how well designed and detailed the mapper has put into the mod. Really passionate.
Few issues I've encounter during my playthrough, which were pitch black areas that was starting to become annoying but I can understand the reason to make them look that way because of the abandoned ambiance of the mod (some players might not like at all and hate it) and the overkill of many zombies in two areas to battle with a simple pistol and revolver in Hard mode. By the way, autosave is missing in some places - I felt annoyed to know there wasn't an auto save system.
Overall, great mod, amazing atmosphere, challenging battles, good pacing.
Excellent addition.
