instal oalinst then depend on if you use window 32bit then take soft_oal.dll from openAl soft bin/win32 then put it in Call_of_Chernobyl[Demosfen]_dev.1.05/bins.
Do the same for win64 if you are using window 64bit

put 3 part in the same folder and just extract part 1, you don't need to extract part 2&3. If it doesn't work then redownload them
