I want to thank and praise the developers of this mod for the work they have done.
The mod is really interesting and well made
Beautiful health bar (at least I like it)
Cool units for each faction, varied
Models of some buildings and units have been replaced, for example, the chrono miner or the Soviet military plant
The mod feels comfortable and pleasant, I don’t know how to explain it, maybe it was balanced well, it’s hard to explain
All factions (except one, but more on that later) have their own cool activated abilities, which is also cool
I want to add a little criticism from myself, maybe the mod developers will see my comment and listen
The first thing that confused me about this mod (currently version 1.8.3.5) is that all the factions have been modified except for Soviet Russia, I really don’t know, maybe the mod developers have huge plans for this faction, I don’t know, but it looks very strange, literally, this is the only faction in the mod that has only 2 units (and those are primitive) and 2 boring abilities for 3000, what is the point of playing for this faction is not clear at all
The second problem for me is the infantry, despite the fact that all factions have medics, the problem remains in the relevance and diversity of the infantry
The game often comes down to building a huge amount of equipment, don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with building equipment, but when the game has a huge variety of equipment and a very poor variety of infantry, it’s sad
This could be corrected by making a faction that focuses on infantry, for example, reworking one of Yuri’s factions because of the cloning vat and making a faction with very expensive but powerful infantry, a great idea in my opinion
Well, a little more nitpicking on my part)
Why don't most helicopters self-repair, or better yet, why can't a mechanic unit repair them, or at least allow helicopters and other equipment to land on the ground so they can be repaired?
Repair cranes could be changed, the building itself could be reduced in size, so that it would take up little space and be repaired in a circle
The flying aircraft carrier of the Yuri faction is very tough
Here is my personal quibble, why the Soviets won’t turn the Kirov airship into a flying aircraft carrier, really, that’s nonsense
Dreadnought, B3 and drone missiles off East Asia go astray

I want to express my deep gratitude for the mod.
And great respect for the work done.
This is the first and only LOTR mod that is well and adequately balanced.
Most of Palantir's abilities recharge faster, which makes the game feel nice, you can play more dynamically, let's say.
All the factions are interesting to play and all are relevant (almost), it is clear that factions like Dunlad need to be improved, and the free peoples are a separate joke.
Perhaps one of the most important advantages of this mod is that the buildings are finally made of stone and not foam, which is why you need to build weapons, units or pump upgrades for your troops (yay)
Most of the heroes' abilities also recharge quite quickly, which makes the game more interesting.
No matter what anyone says, the developer really worked on the mod, it’s obvious.
It wouldn't be fair if I didn't talk about the nuances of this mod.
Izen's lighter is too wicked, the funny thing is that it does more damage than the ability for 24.
Isen mines are bugged in winter locations.
One of the heroes of Gondor (I don’t remember his name) can leave a trail of traps behind him, one-shotting almost anything, and immobilizing it into the bargain.

For good measure the game crashes after I start the mission
But I couldn’t pass for evil because in the mission where Isen requires you to destroy the capital of Rohan, siege weapons are simply not available, which is why I simply couldn’t get through the gate, that’s how my playthrough ended funny.

The mod has retained the original imbalance of the game, when a group of humvees is able to endure anything in a micro second.
It is not possible to play for China because of bugs, and they are made so that it is not convenient to specially make the game for them.
Inferocannon should cause huge damage to buildings, but for some reason they cause weak damage.
Towers do not repair ground equipment and air.
Helix costs 3000, but a unit with such a cost does not have an auto repair, why? a riddle ...
in addition, Helix somehow has not enough health for such an expensive unit.
Nuclear guns explode when destroyed, yes, I consider this a minus.
And most importantly, bots do practically nothing, the most complex bot can send a group of tanks, but because of the imbalance of the game, they will instantly die from simple rocket men for 300

There is a moment that caused me difficulties, for example, the lack of regeneration in the airship-aircraft carrier and other units, and aircraft units cannot be repaired, well, apparently this is necessary.
