I had the same issue using the inbuilt windows tool, but 7zip was able to extract without any errors.

One of the updates listed in the Patch notes is that these reinforcements can no longer leave the gravity well that they are summoned in.
As for your other point they don't engage right away, but you can give them commands immediately, I have found that it does take them a while to start moving to engage if there are enemies in the system, but they will engage.

Try it again, I now have it downloading!

Same, but the message makes it seem like the issue is on MOD.db side, may just need to try again later.
This is the error I'm getting:

I can't believe that I have been playing this mod since 2015 and we are seeing the final release on the horizon! Before I found mods for Sins I was about to throw in the towel at 73 hours played, now I'm just about to hit 2000 hours and the majority of that has been this mod as it has progressed over the years. Thank you!

I.ytimg.com, without hopping in game to make one I found this from a youtube video haha. Its in Sins of a Galactic Empire, they use it as their siege frigate, but it is also a pretty strong as a support ship.

I do love the Nebula! But this is really cool to hear that there will be such a great selection of ships. I've said it before but you really do have the best Star Wars MOD for SINS so I am really looking forward to the New Republic Release.

As for the Rejuvinator/Galaxy they did a sweet job with that model, I think it is probably one of the cooler looking ships out there so kind of cool that it is pretty much "fanon!" But thank you for answering that for me, that is what I was expecting!

So, just a question I don't entirely expect an answer for, but are you going to have the Rejuvinator SD for the New Republic? I know it was built during the end of the Yuuzhan Vong War, so it doesn't fit the timeline really but I know Lavo helps you and he made that for SoGE.....
