Very Nice, looks a bit more realistic than the "Caribbean Blue" Depictions of its water I've seen in other places.

real question is, did you guys put a hurricane on the planet then animate it?

That is a live, 100% undoctored recording from in game.

Other things going on in that clip:
-The entire cloudmap is animated, not just the hurricanes.
-The clouds have volume and cast shadows down on the surface.
-The atmosphere has depth and has optical scattering that creates sunrises/sunsets colors determined by the atmosphere.
-The water has depth and the ocean floor topography is derived from the colors and underwater mountain ranges below the survace.
-The city lights are underwater here and are being refracted and distorted by the water over top of them.
