The thing is, Anomaly is a sandbox where you will have to do a lot of grind for reputation and money. Or in other words you will get better armors, even addons such as protective plates. You are currently wearing "paper armor". If paper armor was as effective as you would like it to be, you would later on be immortal while having fully upgraded nosorog armor + addons. Hobo phase + getting into the game is the hardest part of game (except for ironman of course). :)

Because S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is not for the faint-hearted. Seriously, it will chew you and spit you out. You simply need to get better at the game and you will over time. Know the mutants, know the map, know the anomalies, know the equipment.

First you have to download v7 and then v7->7.1 upgrade

Yeah, it is really funny how people dismiss simple solutions with 100 and one excuse: "It is not needed or it would already exist", "It is too simple", "People won't use it" etc.

And once you create it, it fits in like a perfect puzzle peace. :)

Nope, game engine limit.

JSGME and MO2 are in no way mandatory for ANY addon to work. You can always manually install addons. However, it is much easier and smarter to use something like JSGME or MO2. I personally suggest using MO2.

I went through the addon description, readme file and comments but I can't find any info about Blindside's. Is this addon working with Blindside's?

I assume it is according to this: "Compatibility with weapon packs! The way this addon is set up, you can integrate other mods super easily! BaS, CW, you name it!"

Because it is a repack and not an addon. Or in other words, gazillion addons and custom changes mixed together. Is it fun? Sure. But to make a patch or addon for it is a nightmare I assume.

I've installed your mod via MO2 on clean Anomaly installation. The only other mod I currently have is MCM, which successfully detects your addon. Also, when I start a new game, one glowstick is in my inventory.

Now, the issue is .... The throwing seems to be bugged:

1. I equip the glowstick (O)
2. My default use button is F
3. "Throw key" in MCM is set to "USE"

However, when I press/hold F, nothing happens? I can drop it from the inventory though.

Got it. As for my reputation, I simply loaded the game and watched Noah vs Mercs shootout, until Noah died. :)

Hm, I've just encountered something... strange. I took the Old Barge (base), my fellow Mercs spawned in and Noah started to shoot at them. I killed Noah and my reputation went from neutral to bad? Noah is a Free Stalker, while I'm a Merc. Is this a bug or something that is simply impossible to work around from the development point of view? I'm not playing story mode, only warfare.

I just started a new playthrough, trying your addon for the first time. I'm a Mercenary starting at Zaton. After spawning I went straight to Shevchenko base and took 7 Loners out. However, nothing happened, no "capturing the base" message or anything like that. Is something bugged or did your addon changed how taking the bases works?

RC stands for "release candidate". So RC23 is "23rd release candidate". In other words, RCs are work in progress, while 1.5.1 is final version that came after RC cycle.

Some addons that are working on RCs are also working on 1.5.1, but not all of them. Check with the addon author.
