Great idea and has lot of potential, but lot of stuff you added here and want to add does not make sense for 40's style criminal game. Please, keep it authentic and make it with proper atmosphere.

How does this make sense? Just create 40's criminal background for GTASA. Nazis, Soviet Union and US Military has nothing to do with all this at all.

This does not make sense. Why would there be Soviet gun shop in 40's USA? And you should remember, that first AK-47 were used in early 50's by Soviet military and were not even exported out of socialist world not at least till 70's, when AKs were mass produced by China and other countries.
You need to remake this shop idea completely.

I already mentioned, they are very wrong in singleplayer on what simple Russian Ground force infantry combatant looks like. Multiplayer skins are much better choice, but they look more like Airborne troops there, rather than Ground Forces (Army).

DICE even by mistake put Chinese flag on them.

Whatever you do, do not use singleplayer BF4 Russian skins in this. They are blatantly incorrect and even have Chinese flag for unknown reason on their upper arms.

It functions as artillery? It should be like mobile missile site with bit smaller radius.

What mod is this? I mean your character having holstered its weapon on back?

One of things I don't like in this mod, that helicopters act like airplanes, can't they just simply hover like in vanilla?

Same here. Sometime later during game, my cities are automaitcally making citizens for no reason. Even if I kill all my citizens, they still show up.

Having Armata platform vehicles makes more sense, than using export versions of vehicles for RU forces themselves. That is like Russia using T-72M tanks in 80's and 90's.
Secondly, it is a game, which assuming is based in "near future". Neither does Russia much use Ka-52 and some others of all that equipment.

Good mod. But few questions concerning Russian faction:
1. Why does Russia use T-90MS? It is just heavily modernized export version of T-90 tank. As advanced tank RUS should use T-14.
2. I see you have not finished Russian voice overs correctly, as there are English and Russian (older versions) of units. Maybe I can help with that.
3. Why Russia is using BMP-T? Russian military is not really planning to put it into service in their own forces. Instead of BMP-T, for future you should make BMD-4 for VDV troops and T-15 IFV.
4. I think there is bit too many aircraft for RUS. Su-37 is not even real aircraft, it is just technology demonstrator, same as Su-47. I suggest to have Su-35BM as basic fighter jet, Su-39 as bomber, PAK-FA as advanced fighter and Tu-22M3 as heavy bomber. These will be much enough. Also just leave Mi-28N or Ka-52 as attack choppers, either one of them.

Looks good. Does this think also gets its wings riepd off by flying in bad weather? :)
