You are Hyeon, you are a North Korean man in the year 2020, The Dprk has had some major changes, it is more lenient, and more economically flexible, The Great Marshal Kim Jong-un, Has Ushered in a great Age For the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, But Outside influences have crept into this great city of Pyongyang, Yakuza from Japan and Triads from China.
Hyeon Will get caught up in the corrupt underworld of Pyongyang.
