Nice! Finally uniformed guards and shields! MY OCD HAS BEEN CURED
Check your files. You may have two files within the The_Elder_Scrolls file named The_Elder_Scrolls as well. Just drag them to desktop and drag their contents into your TESTW mod folder. Should work then.
Perhaps Ragnar can have a special body guard unit, perhaps the model of the Steel-Plate Nord troops (with helmet), but his time onehand+ shield?
Jadli, it's me Asbjorn... mind giving me an invite to the group?
I'm not the one to talk to, as I'm only just a team member. Jadli is the one you'll want to talk to, so head over to the Total War Center forums, found here: Twcenter.net
If you guys want Dovahkiin and the Stormcloaks, check out the unofficial 1.3 patch by Jadli. We're currently working on some cool new things. We already added Valenwood as a faction!
How would I add this to a different mod?
Will "dual wielding" be a thing? As in like making a shield model a weapon, if you get my meaning.
Hello. I'd like to ask a few questions about The Elder Scrolls Total War, if you have some time. Is there an easier way to contact you?
I would like to get in contact with you if possible, LoRdNazgu1. It concerns your mod, "The Elder Scrolls: Total War." (Don't worry, it's nothing bad.)
Nordland, Bretonnia, and Tomb Kings
Da boys iz nut happeh' wen sumwon don' tell teh druuf... Do boss wan's words wiv' ye'...
We're gonna need two Hellstorms for this heresy... maybe three...
A great idea to turn a medieval game into a post-apaocalyptic game! Fallout was always my favorite! Good work, man! XD
Ok. If I may suggest something towards the Dovahkiin, make him a Nordic companion found in taverns, with his iconic arms and armour. Although it seems simple, it is, but it'll save alot of time while keeping alot of people happy. :P
Do you plan to have the Dovahkiin of Skyrim be a vassal of the Stormcloaks? Or will he be a companion? Or do you plan to incorporate him at all? And since this takes place right after the Emperor gets assassinated, then Dragons are probably still prevalent throughout Skyrim, so how do you plan to incorporate those (or did the Dovahkiin already wipe 'em out)? And finally, will Orsinium be a faction? I saw in the FAQ there will be 3 Bretonnic factions, but idk if Orsinium is counted as one of 'em since they aren't exactly Bretons...
Ormir, you are a Shezarine... you are the next God of modding... :P
Yayy finally this is up! I played your Morrowind: House Wars mod and ever since had been craving yet another Elder Scrolls conversion mod!
Is it normal for my campaign to crash anytime I try to fight a battle in the deserts of Nehekhara?
The word "Viking' derives from the old norse 'vikingr', which means to go on a voyage for Odin.
You mean actually spend the King's gold for Peasants? Peasants??? You disgrace the Lady, sire!!
No. If you read the FAQ, the devs say that the mod will be only on ModDB. If you find it on the workshop, however, let the devs know, as someone may have posted it without their permission.
Is this going to be only for Men of War: Assault Squad, or is it compatible with MoW:AS2 as well?
A beastman with a bow is like an oxymoron. Beastmen don't do bows. Not now. Not ever. The closest the beastmen may get to a 'ranged unit' would be to give Ungors throwing axes, and even that would be a little strange. Im surprised CA added Ungor Raiders (Ungors with bows) into their little overpriced beastman DLC.
Oh, I meant 'single unit' as in a single model, just like the way you have done the chaos daemons. Ex) the Great Unclean One is a single model, but it says there are a handled up of soldiers in the actual unit itself.
How exactly will these Heros play out? Will they be single units, much like the Daemons of chaos, except they will have the 'playabilty' (for a lack of a better term) as Lord characters? Like command, dread/chivalry, etc?
It's a bad install. You most likely used the 4gb patches incorrectly. I had the exact same problem before, and I just re downloaded and followed the instructions of an installation video.
House Boldania. Recruits are Boldanian peasant, which are armed with Pitchforks and knives. They then upgrade to Boldanian militia, which are armed with hunting crossbows, bolts, hatchet, and a shield (any shield that looks a little battered). From there, militiamen can go to either Boldanian Huntsmen (lightcrossbows, bolts, and axes), or a Boldanian Axeman (Axe + Shield). Axemen upgrade to Boldanian Swordsmen (Sword + Shield), and Huntsmen upgrade to Boldanian Crossbowmen (Heavy Crossbow, steel bolts, and an axe). Swordsmen then go to either Boldanian Squire (Hunter (horse), Light lance, shield, and sword) or a Boldanian Sergeant (Bastard Sword + Pavise shield). Boldanian Crossbowmen upgrade to Boldanian Besiegers (Siege Crossbow, steel bolts, bastard sword, and pavise shield). Squires upgrade to Boldanian Knights (Charger (horse), Heavy lance, knightly shield, bastard sword or morningstar) and Sergeants upgrade to Boldanian Dismounted Knight (Equipment of Boldanian knight but without the horse and lance, and they receive a Pavise shield instead the Knightly shield). Capitol should be named 'Caerleon', and the two other cities be named 'Wolfdale' and 'Kirkwall'.
Are we suggesting new factions or just new units for Warbands crappy native factions?
