Now a question to the installation:

What do I need to install before I use the NZK gamedata / What does the "Pure Anomaly 1.5 RC 22" contain? Is it Anomaly 1.5.0 + Update 3 and 4 + Hotfix 8?

Does somebody know how to prevent this when starting the game? Seems like there are some other people here and on reddit who got the same problem.
The similarity is using Windows 10 and the 64bit version too, I assume.

I already googled it and installed LA to different directories and hard drives, aswell as using -nointro -noprefetch in the command line.

Unfortunately, thats not doing the trick. Anyone who had the same probleme in the past and solved it?

Meeting the system specs should be fine, I´ve run LA 1.005 before without problems.

I´m using Windows 10 x64 and sadly cant run the game from the launcher.
When I start, the launcher shortly says its already running, but nothing happens afterwards.

Running the xr_3da.exe directly, I get "cannot find file gamedata\config\system.ltx"

The system.ltx is in its place, I´ve tried different installations folders, with and without mods.

Can someone help me? I would really like to finally play LA while I´m home :D

Does anyone know a way to change the damage values of the weapons?

Normally I change the hit.power-values of the different weapons at the weapon config, but cant find it in the game folder here.

I´ve tried with the normal editor and notepad++, its still the same crash.

I also have to add that this isn´t the first time I´m tweaking the weapon config for a stalker-mod.
I just unpacked and changed all weapon values for the last day mod (CoC) without any problems 2 days ago.

Well, I going back to work tomorrow and wont find much time the next weeks. Still wanna thank you for your efforts colateral, sure there will be a solution next time I check in some weeks :)

Gameplay_dlc_prm_weapons_dlc.xdb was the only file I´ve extracted and changed so far.

After changing, I´ve put them into the regular gamedata-folder.

For testing, I replaced the modded config with a backup of the original and only changed the mag-size of the AK74u to 50 - again, a crash on startup.

The crashlog says: "Can't open section 'wpn_ak74u'"

Well, maybe its a problem with windows, my pc is having a little bit of trouble after the last update.

Hey everyone, maybe somebody can help me.

I´ve tried to increase the weapon damage of all guns by modifiying the hit_power-value in config/weapons.

Well, it turns out that a modification of weapon stats lets the game crash immidiately. So I tried to change the hit_power for each ammunition, but this doesnt seem to have any effect ingame.

Somebody got any other idea how to change the damage of all weapons?

And yes, maybe I´ll screw up the balance...but thats fine for me, I like this "hardcore"-experience much more.

Hey ho, first of all, thanks for this mod. Sounds interesting and looks great.

My question: When I try to start a new game, I get a crashlog with:

I have already try to fix this by turning out EAX and switch the graphic settings.
I´ve got the original stalker soc (no steam version) patched to 1.04 with ZoA 1.07 gamedata + 1.07 patch 13 and the fsgame.ltx changed to gamedata=true.

Would be great if anyone know this problem and how to deal with it.
