I'm not sure what you were expecting from the overhaul. I think he did a great job. He really focused on every inch of the map, giving purpose to each place. The only thing I have a problem with is the train station benches. They're facing one way even though there are two ways a train can come in, and the waiting benches have a covering, even though there is a roof on the train station... other than that...the city needs more combine propaganda, preferably on the bus stop waiting area outside, posters go there in real life, but this is half life...
