Operation: Black Mesa is a total Source remake of Half Life: Opposing Force. Using the Source engine, the developers plan to recreate the Black Mesa research Facility as it was seen by Corporal Adrian Shephard of the H.E.C.U. Half-life: Opposing Force is still an amazing game, although it is not nearly as amazing as it was when it was released.

I'm ok with the more stocky design. Remember these were initially primarily for use by scientists, not muscle-bound action heroes. Freeman was an exception.
I love this and the more weathered look is a welcome change. :D
I like it as well I just think they should thin it out in the rubbery stomach area. Makes them look fat. I like the design over all just needs to be thinner.

Are you kidding me? It's an exoskeleton, intellectual war armor from the future that makes you ignore pain and go berserk and high as **** on drugs. This is not for scientists because these eggheads would trash it in their first seconds as they put it on. Cross and Green were an exception. Those, not-muscle-bound scientists were an exception. Hell, even Freey was, and is, an exception since he is maybe a little bit trained, but still - a rookie. This is made for soldiers - people with equipment that's almost their second alter-ego, and the reason scientists use it is Xen/ Everyone in Xen should be a high skilled pro, so, it's them hiring HEV mercenaries, or training the hell out of ordinary scies. Don't forget the Hazard Course which was made canon on purpose.

I like the texture quite a lot, however I'd say that it looks a little fat. In the original games they were always tailored for fit or skinny people.

I love the idea of the suit not being a tight superhero robe but rather have a bulky design. That is how it SHOULD be! Don't change a pixel!

I think it looks great, however you might consider making the legs bigger. Even if the armor around the legs is only a few millimeters thick you couldn't fit any "normal" legs in there...they'd have to be pretty skinny imo.
It looks incredibly awesome! But why would it show up in the mod? Adrian doesn't use it. Is it for Multiplayer?

It's for multiplayer, but you can also see several NPCS in SP wearing this ;)

Gordon, Helmet Guy and Gina were the only three HL1MP characters to have an HEV suit (although they were stick-figurey thin, I'll leave it at that).
There's also the HEV Robot, and I'm going to stop this post before rambling on who were the other MP characters.

You know, HEV is actually kind of protective armor. It can't rly be that slim. It must be thick, so it at least feels like it's something that can rly protect you. The proportions in HL artwork are completely off.
