Getting a new error, this time error parsing ini block build cost for mordor fortress wallhub

Exactly as I said, it says they have minus four frigates when I get to the victory screen

Every game I have played the ai has minus four or more frigates what is going on?

I just downloaded the mod and put it in the mod folder but it wont work, every time I open rebellion it opens vanilla

So it won't need a 2.0 processor or something like that then?
