1.) Install Call of Pripjaty first. Call of Chernobyl only works then, to avoid "issues". (It only works, if you own COP and it's installed on your PC.

2.) Call of Chernobyl is a standalone mod. You can extract anywhere on your hard disk, just make sure, you install COP first :)
