The t.u.s.t.k 2 will be released soon. Maybe some day in 6th month. I can tell you it will have mod manager... Also about long waiting for answer is because I didn't had so much time to be in this site at the time..
I really like S.W.I.N.E. :) So I am pleasantly surprised that someone wants to work with it again :)
