vaporwave mod v2 addon

this version includes stuff that was shown on screenshots but wasnt added in the mod:
-claude with camo pants and blue jacket
-eddie's renamed to blue oyster bar
-couple of city textures
-inversed colours for cop
it also adds music to game's mp3 player and two radio stations that were made by me, especially for this mod.
you will need ImgTool to replace some textures in gta3.img
