I'm not seeing any optional files in my download, what am i missing?

After this new update im getting huge graphical bugs with german units.The mod worked perfectly before. Any ideas? (my computer meets all requirements and im running win10)

In the first mission Tyber Zann is hostile and attacks Urai Fen.I`d call that screwed up.Also when i start a corruption mission i instantly get a mission failed message because my forces don`t even spawn.

Singleplayer campaign is screwed up in 4.7B.

Harbinger should be bigger and stronger.

The icons and menus are all screwed up!

Actually it only fixes the loading times.

I found the solution for the lag on another site.It`s the planet scale factor.It can be fixed by editing PLANETS.XML and changing all scale factors to 1.0. I tried it and the lag was completely gone.The problem is there is no XML folder in 1.2 like there was in 1.1 so I can`t edit it.

It lags and crashes like hell!

It says there are 46 playable characters,but I can only see 38.Am I missing something?
