Okay, so if you're asking something among the lines of "is this project abandoned?", I've managed to get a reply so you all know:
"Not abandoned, I'm still working on it but on a very slow pace. Was sick for a whole year, and I'm just feeling better since february. I just need to catch up with a few other things before I can work on it a lot again."

Apparently you do not know the meaning of "early access".
It will of course be partially unplayable, that's the point of early access is to have people provide feedback to make it better.

The Serious Sam enemies in v24 are a pain to deal with, especially the kamikazes... i had to use a Quake 3 weapons mod to even deal with them
An idea for you to keep in mind for Doomsday Zone from Sonic 3: make the player fly and override their player setup color to yellow, and make the fight time based in which the player will die if they don't kill the boss in time, using the player's health from 200 to 100. Health ahould degenerate 1 every second so the player has a minute and a half to kill it. Just an idea, you don't have to do it, but it would be a nice touch.
And one more thing... is the metal Sonic fight in Death Egg Zone going to be the same, but it's metal DoomGuy? And a custom boss right after that?

I would LOVE a weapons- only version of the mod, as I have been using v0.9 for quite a long while, and 120 FOV with the weapons from that version looks very clippy, but v3.5.1 not so much. What im asking for is a weapons rip of v3.5.1 for PERSONAL use.
Also, good job on changing the platforming! Ive found the original version of Green Hill Zone and the one in v24, Great improvements and great level design!
Could you release the HUD as a separate thing? I'd use it for personal reasons.
Chemical Plant Zone was actually my favorite zone in the second game. By the progress that I see you've posted, I'm sure it'll be fun to play!
Ok, so I found something out about your mod:
It works with Hexen, Strife and Heretic.
So as a request I am asking that you keep this compatibility and allow the enemies from the 3 said IWADS to drop health like the enemies in your mod do.
