I want to play this, but the game instantly crashes after the intro

Will there be all Opposing Force weapons? And the explosive penguins?

I saw in some pics you reused faces of HL2 citizens, were they temporary? Because I think they would look weird in JL's artstyle (also it reminds me of GoldenEye Source)
