I like how they redid the water here, but I don't like the new textures and patterns at all. This addon creates the impression of those same Doom megawads, where normal textures are replaced with 4k textures. Or in the most unfortunate of cases, upscaled textures with AI. On the contrary, such improvements destroy the entire atmosphere of the game. I would really like to see the original textures and models preserved (or do their job well I don't know), at least as an additional feature.
