Thanks. Seen a video (by DraugraK) on YouTube using BRUTAL DOOM 64: Absolution TC Remake & everything is working fine there. But looking down the comments seeing the mod load order he's used. This isn't there (SMH should've double checked) so how he's got these weapons on without this add on/mod is a mystery.

Weapons don't show up. Entered all weapons cheat to test everything it jumps to the assault rifle when selecting the new shotgun then both weapons are missing.

I can't swap weapons at all with this added in & then playing Modern playthroughs (weapon reloading enabled). I pick up a new weapon & can't swap back to the pistol or chainsaw etc. Any idea why? This is the only weapon mod added with Brutal Doom Absolution for V2.5

Buggy as hell... Every time I run out of ammo or swap weapon states* (*swapping starting pistol's silencer or detonating a pipe bomb with it's alt fire for example) the game crashes... loaded it, with the patch file on the last stable version of GZDoom Vintage & tried it on a more modern version of GZDoom too.

Started fresh game. Looked promising only to find that a large chunk of actors (enemies/items etc) are missing from the game (screenshot included) so can't progress past that opening boss fight... which was a royal pain in the *** to kick the game off with, but my major issue is with the enemies that don't seem to be added.

Using most stable version GZDoom 4.1 (Modern)

Fantastic! A hell of a lot more entertaining & true to Doom64 than Brutal Doom64 has been. Been wishing there'd be a more easy to control, fluent version of Doom64 (only other option was Doom64 EX, but the controls were a pain & it runs a lot slower compared to this or BD64).

Loving it, especially the reload sequences for the shotguns. It made no sense to me how they'd magically reload on the N64 version :)

Doom 64 has some levels hidden that can only accessed by Password or cheating (or something like that) so jumps from level 23 (or 24 if you complete Hectic, you unlock level 24) to 28. Was wondering if there's any chance the levels might ever be added to the campaign, because there's no way to get to them.

Blasted my way through the campaign (only the 2nd time I just managed to survive lol), enjoyed every minute of it.

One thing I really disliked about D4D was the item sprites (Yes everyone, I know it was being more true to 2016), you could hardly see where the items (especially ammo) were or what they were for. And a pain sound is a welcome return too, there would be times where health would just drop from 100 to 30 with no warning until the alarm goes off... after I'm dead lol

Going to give this a try. :)

Loving it so far. One question though, where the hell is the Chaingun? At the Industrial Zone on Doom 2 and haven't come across it once or is it only on a harder difficulty? Playing through on Ultra-Violence mode (the one below Nightmare not the played any higher difficulties yet).

Like new extra & newly laid out upgrade system, so much easier to sort through & it's good that weapons like the Pistol & Static Rifle can have some more effective use now after getting the Super-Shotgun & H-A-R.

This is brilliant. Have the Hero Editor but now that I'm also using the expansion add-on this is more suited for, will be using this for safer item trafficking.

Just create a Mule to give created/modified items from Hero Editor then ship them using this. So simple to use, don't know how I've missed this! :)

Just finished a blast-fest from Entryway to The Pit. Loving this so far Sarge. Not found any drones to update my weapons with or on but (cheated for all weapons) have tested the extras for the Shotgun & Machinegun... Wow! Best thing is, the weapons & gameplay is not as one-sided or overpowered as people have been worried (and sadly b*tching) about.

The Morph-Spheres are brilliant too, I think it's fairer (and more realistic) that you lose the armor too, looking forward to seeing what's coming next. :)

Read it over a few times, because you can downgrade gems now etc. but after being so used to it needing 3, must have misread the number shown, feel a bit stupid now (what's new? lol). Thank you for your help.

Do have one other question, about the Horadric Cube... added it via Hero Editor on a test player (Paladin) and added 3 chipped gems, but the Cube doesn't seem to be able to transmute anything, Gems, Runes etc...

Playing through on a fresh save as a Druid (who hasn't got the cube or into Act 2 yet) -- but if the cube isn't working what else can I do*? Or is it still going to work after collecting it in Act 2?

*Apart from just add the Quest Items manually

Done, working... Thanks again, like that Magic items are revealed for you, but not rare or unique-- saves a lot of time & space wasting scrolls to find the magic item is usually rubbish ;)

Off to re-create a legendary Druid once again!

No Joy I'm afraid, everything is a fresh installation, re-installed the game with Patch 1.14d yesterday after seeing this :)

Windows 7 64bit so game's files are in X86, save game is in "Saved Games" folder & created the "Stock" folder as instructed & left it in the X86 folder, where I have extracted & added the files needed to be copy/pasted.

I just have an increased inventory space.

Thanks, sadly not able to run any games on GZDoom 2.0 onwards-- got an old cpu without the extra Specs needed to run it. :(

But I'd like to say that I love the idea, asking myself 'why anyone didn't add it into Brutal Doom sooner!?'

Sorry-- correct this quick so it won't put people off... when you do pick up any extra Plasma guns. It does add the extra ammo... but the gun's sprite is still there...

Apart from that and a few missing textures on doorways, I've blasted my way onto E4- M3 in Ultimate Doom. The revamp of Tower of Babel & Dis is brilliant. The game is tougher, the weapons are better, especially the chaingun/minigun and rocket launcher... I rarely used those in V1.9.

The added grenades makes a nice twist and after such long wait, I'd like to say thank you to everyone who helped put this together. The best FPS in the world, just got better... again :)

Fantastic! But there's a problem with the Plasma guns. After collecting more then 2 in the game (or more then 1 in the same level). You can't pick anymore up to add extra ammo to the Cells. Is this supposed to happen (why?) or is it a glitch?

Playing through Ultimate Doom E2-M5 (Command Centre) with Zandronum and loving it.

Works great- tried it with Ultimate Doom but it's creating glitches with certain enemies & Weapons, most noticeable with Imps leaping attacks & the Rocket Launcher resets to original sprite layout.

When used with the intertextures Wad, enemies gibbed, Zombies & Imps killed from explosions, they freeze in mid air. Lights/Candles are switching between large & small sizes.

Using ZDoom (latest version), GZDoom's failing to work on my cpu so I can't use that.
