You must meet theses requirements: Coder- You must have experience in C#, this may change depending on the game You must have knowledge of the Unity engine, this may change depending on the game It is preferred that you have experience in html,Html5 or other coding languages. Artist- You must possess artistic skills, any will do but you must possess the basic's You must agree that all pictures or images you produce are for the game not for yourself Modeler- All models you create are for the game not yourself You must possess basic modeling skills in blender or the game engine of choice ( Unity ) The engine will change depending on the game, blender is not required but it is recommended. - Do not copy!
